The meals look good and quick to make. However, "15 mins" is a bit dishonest. Realistically, probably like 30-45 minutes if prepared from scratch, excluding the cleaning afterwards.

Thank you for the feed back, but I do think most chefs/cooks would also not include the prep time or cleaning afterwards in their videos either, but I really appreciate watch and comment! Del x

@@DisheswithDel I know what you mean, but I thought you were addressing home cooking with your recipes, and it can be discouraging for some beginners who look up a 15 minute recipe and then realize it takes them an hour to get all the ingredients out and ready, all the veggies and herbs chopped up and so on. Home cooking takes time. 1 or 2 hours in the kitchen should usually be planned beforehand for a healthy decent home-made meal, especially if someone just starting to learn how to cook.
