I fell off the wagon this morning but I realize it's all part of the flow of life, all life swings between high tide and low. It's accepting the low that is the hardest but brings the most learning.

I think what is important is to trust yourself. If you can trust yourself to get back on the wagon you won't be so hard on yourself for falling off.

I started your Module 01 now for my 4th day now and I will continue also. I extended it with own movements for training myself.

one of my healers suggested your channel. i have severe debilitating chronic fatigue for over five years (+ the avalanche of things that go along with that) and i am bedridden much of the time; i had previously been vibrant and active in my former life. being mindful of the limited energy i can safely expend, watching a practice and doing it in my mind seems a good first step. and eventually partial movements seated in bed when iʻve got a good day. do you have a particular video youʻd recommend for these basic beginnings? iʻm working with acupuncture to support my kidneys and what remaining jing i have and want to focus on building chi, slowly, gently. thank you!

Yes I have been drowning too much BS this past year to feel very creative. Then one of my followers wrote to me asking me where I have been saying he missed me so I promised him I would get back on here and teach some more. The power of accountability is strong.

The three treasures are the father the son and the Holy Spirit 🙂

Yes of course, there are so many trios in the different religions. That is correct that the three treasures in Christianity would be the father, son and the holy spirit. Each religion seems to have its set of trios.

Teacher, what is your Taoist name?
@Taiflow3 жыл бұрын
That is interesting that you should ask this. Many of my kung fu brothers and sisters are disciples and have Taoist names. I do not have one because I didn't feel that I was good enough to be a disciple because of my age. I will ask my Shifu the next time I am there if he can give me one without being a disciple.

@@Taiflow Because of your age you doubted yourself? I have watched and Listened to your videos, you are a wonderful teacher of Tai Chi and Qigong and also the Tao. You have earned a Taoist name. And though I do not speak Mandarin I would give you the name, ' She who carries the Tao.' Yes, I think that's a fitting name. " So the Sage is led by her inner truth And not her outer eye. She holds to what is deep And not what lies on the surface." Tao Te Ching Chapter 12 Translated by Johnathan Star

@@dbbang1I will ask a Chinese friend how that is called in Chinese and let you know. Thank you for this new name. I love it.

@@Taiflow I am honored that you approve of the name. All morning I worried that I was overstepping into your world and I would offend you. That would never be my intention. Okay, now recently, you send out the application for the three different memberships for your training. I want to join BUT as usual for me, I lost the info. Can you please resend so I can apply? Also, I'm more interested in Qigong than Tai Chi, at the moment. I have multiple health concerns and I believe Qigong is needed more now. And also, you have been so close to true teachings and I want you to teach the Tao, so I and others may see our true nature. Thank you, Creed

@@dbbang1 I have a New Qigong course coming out based on thé 5 element framework. You can be my first student in that class. I am finishing the technical stuff at the moment. It's almost ready to go. Send me an email to leia@greenearthmind.com it will be under that domain which is my health coaching website.

Interesting, i don't know much about this, but my personal experience when i started no fap, stopped masturbation, i noticed significant physical changes like faster and thicker hair growth, eye sight improved, a lot more energy, dominating voice, and fast processing brain, shiny skin. It is true.
