I currently have hyperthyroidism and one of it's symptoms is having increased heart rate. At times, I experience sudden palpitations 😭 I've been looking for exercises and other activities that I can do to keep my body healthy while not stressing my heart. I'm so glad I found your channel. 😇 I am still a beginner at Qigong but I know this will truly help me 💖 All the best to you Sir! Take care always 😇

This is my first time practicing Qigong. I practiced for 10 minutes and feel calm, cool looseness throughout my legs, arms, shoulders, chest, heart, mind coupled with an educative lesson: let go of perfection. Have fun. Smile. Let go and rest. I listened and found myself smiling and laughing a bit at my mistakes. It was then, along with the Qigong, i felt complete renewal. I'm definitely practicing again tomorrow. Thanks all!! 😀

nice movements and love your videos. I found this one a bit harder to follow as I couldn't see both of your hands, so kept improvising:) The outdoor backgrounds and sounds of nature are lovely:)

It definitely helped calm me down. I was diagnosed with premature atrial contractions and the irregular heart beat does worry me. It's late now. After 1am my time. Now I am more relaxed. It tends to pop up as I'm trying to sleep but thank you. I found this video by googling finding peace with an irregular heart beat.

My hands felt tingling with some sort of energy field. I hope this was Chi. Before this exercise I was stimulating a meridian in the palms of my hands.

Can you please teach some sitting and meditaion exercises. I've long standing job after that when I come back I need sitting exercises. Many of us sometimes are tired to do sitting exercises

I felt very calm after and got a moment my mind was relaxed as well, I may have found my before bed routine! I tend to experience a lot of anxiety symptoms so to find something that helps, especially before bed as it is typically the most anxious part of my day, is a miracle!

Thank you! recovering from long covid and your short simple one or two excercises at a time are perfect! Finally some gentle motion my body can handle, and the calming of the central nervous system is so exactly what many of us with long covid need. And yes, I did feel the warmth with this one :)

Thank you. I take statins for hereditary high cholesterol. They make my muscles very sore and weak. These movements really help.
