Self care is so important. I was burning the candle at both ends in 2019: taking care of my mom who has Alzheimer’s while still working full time as an RN, being a mom to a teen that was going through a rough patch, being a wife and maintaining the household. I had a nervous breakdown and getting out of bed was ridiculously hard. It took four months to recover. Do what you need to do for yourself. You get one life and living it stressed out all the time ruins your quality of life

First Story: Shawn/Sean was probably shot by one of the speed freaks in the trailer with him. He could have been running for the door and they may have shot him to avoid him getting away. Meth heads are straight up crazy. That PO shouldn't blame himself but that's easy to say outside of his shoes.
