Kenji's burger is too much work for something that isn't much different that the other two burgers. The Flapper was a new one for me. Mind blown.

Kenji is the GOAT. I got to his burger and I exclaimed out loud "goddamn, I need that in my life." Now I'm researching how emulsifiers work so I can make my own beef cheese at home.

Somehow I've just never heard of a Smashburger until I started watching The Burger Show and now it's all I can think about. I can't wait to try making my own smashburgers

It's tricky, you have to smash the burger just right.

Not that long ago when burgers had a popularity surge in Europe, it was all about super thick and fluffy patties and most people said that was the proper way to make a burger. I remember feeling like ”B-but I kinda like em thin and compact” and being told ”Well go to McDonalds then”

With the right equipment and preparation, you can make your own burgers that are just as good as the restaurants. And even better, you know what you're eating.
