These tips are excellent. Recording yourself effectively improves presentation skills. In the AI era where high-quality personalized content can be created within minutes - the way you communicate your ideas is crucial. One tip from me if do not have money for an ESL teacher, you can always ask chatGPT to act as one. You can ask him to correct your, grammar, and vocabulary, and change the tone of voice of your presentation to make it more captivating, and persuasive, or adjust the presentation to audience needs or channel, make it shorter or longer - possibilities are limitless.

I have a master degree in teaching ESL and have helped a couple of KZbinr with their English on screen. It’s definitely worthwhile to do if you want to be a better communicator.

Great share - quick 3 takeaways that can be applied and instantly improved. I noticed how Vinh was able to keep my attention through modeling the same things he just shared. No filler words. Great pause, clear and showing variety in tone among other advanced communication skills. I remember learning from Chris that one of the best ways to improve communication is by slowing down the pace. This allows the speaker to catch up and gather their thoughts, thus preventing us from stuttering or using that filler language. Excellent video, tips and thoroughly loved the editing quality! Saved as a Favorite 💯

I've been following Vinh for a few months now, he really is an incredible chap. Communication has been one of my largest obstacles, not just in business but in my personal life too. I was actually 90% selectively non-verbal up until the age of 10 years old, and I am still verbally challenged to this day. But Vinh channel has given me some amazing insights how to improve my vocal communication to help command confidence and attention. It really is fantastic to see The Futur and Vinh in collaboration, thank you 🙂

WOW! So powerful. Once again, amazing content! I feel very self conscious of the way I communicate. Great tips. Like Vihn said, the way we communicate is either serving us or it's not... Improving our communication helps us in every aspect of life, from relationships, to work and beyond. I'd love to hear more on communication! Shout out from Mexico.

That's an interesting way to describe non-native English speakers: "ethnic viewers and listeners." I sometimes say "international speakers" or "non-native speakers" to describe the people I help. I think that here Vinh is talking to the same group: not exactly "English learners" because that suggests a lower level of proficiency. These are international professionals & creators who make content in English and want to make it as impactful as possible. 🌞 For these people, it's transformative to have someone show them where and how they can continue to refine their English so they can show up and SHINE on the world stage.

non-native English speakers works or ESL sometimes for short (but that carries some stigma to it)
@DawnPeacock
@DawnPeacock Жыл бұрын
@@thefutur Yes, "non-native speakers" is accurate, so I use that term a lot. I'm curious about the negative connotation you feel "ESL" carries. For me, it sounds like a student and therefore potentially someone not yet very proficient. Is that what you're referring to?

Maybe someone can help me? I am in my early 30s and for most of my life, I have had massive problems with talking to people... and even myself! I seem to have no internal monologue and will say something to myself in random sentences... if at all. I obviously can't even speak to myself, let alone other people. Does anyone have any tips on how I can keep conversation flowing and flowing? Thank you in advance!

I am ethnic too! I am caucasian, "white", from Northern Europe. Do you know anyone who is NOT ethnic? Hmm. What does it mean NOT to be ethnic? I wonder because the man in the video says "I am ethnic too" ... So who is not ethnic. Can you loose your ethnicity? Can it just ...vanish ... into thin air?!
