Good find with all those bricks. I think Fred Olsen explains in his book that a cube is the most efficient shape for a kiln.

Thanks. It is sort of a long term project. I am still considering different options and I probably won't be able to do much more until the spring. Too cold and wet to build anything in Denmark now :-)

It turned out that these bricks are not ideal for a gas kiln, so I am working on another solution

There have been some changes. I think I may do a small TDI (electric conversion) project first :-)

I am not sure about those bricks. I will reccomend you get some books about kiln building before you begin :-)
