30-DAY FIT: Day 17 - 💪 Today, we’re focusing on a BACK & BICEPS workout using dumbbells. For the next 30 minutes, we’ll power through 10 different exercises, repeated 3 times. Each exercise will challenge you for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Remember to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and adjust your speed accordingly. Get ready to push your limits and feel the burn!
Workout Breakdown:
Warm-Up (3 minutes)
1. Bent Over Row - R
2. Bent Over Row - L
3. Landmine Row
4. Standing Rear Fly
5. Superman Lat Pull
6. Pullover
7. Side Shrug
8. Bicep Curls
9. Hammer Curls
10. Zottman Curls
REPEAT x 3
Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
- Upper body stretches
Workout Structure:
