Hi Just Workout Squad,
Today is Day 13 of the 30 Day Workout Challenge and the affirmation for Today is 'I AM CONFIDENT'
Confidence comes from trusting yourself, being self-aware and having faith in your abilities. Use today to really re-connect and appreciate yourself! Appreciate how wonderfully made you are, appreciate all of your capabilities, appreciate that today you are alive! As we give ourselves appreciation we will be able to trust ourselves and truly love ourselves.
Your mission today is to radiate confidence! xx
The Key phrase for this Workout is: CONFIDENT
C - 30s Plank
O - 30s Mountain Climbers
N - 50 Sumo Squats
F - 15 Tricep Dips
I - 15 Burpees
D - 30 Alt Lunges
E - 25 Jumping Squats
N - 50 Sumo Squats
T - 20 Military Plank
You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.

BEST FAT LOSS / WEIGHT LOSS TIPS:
Heavily reduce refined/processed carbs (SIMPLE SUGARS!!)
Drink plenty of water or herbal teas (green tea)
Eat intuitively (DO NOT EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL!)
Eat a high protein diet
Sleep earlier and longer
Move more and sweat more!

I pause longer at times and I lower the speed at times and it makes me being able to do it and gives me a good workout. :) I'm sweaty. Not doing this every day but 2-3 times a week.

omg! I just finished day 13, I think this is the hardest day I have done I thought that some of the others were hard but not close to this one! I am dripping in sweat!! But thank you! Everyone you got this :)

Day 13 I usually finish mountain climbers but this time I had to take a pause. Did up to rep 8 for burpees. Trying to reach 10 without stopping. Completed the alternating. Lunges but boy right after was jumping Squats, it killed Mr. Had to stop and do Sumo Squats. I got that. Completed with no pause doing military planks. Then I re did the jumping squats.

Loving this series! I do slow down the speed to .75 during some of the exercises because she goes so fast! Haha I'm doing my best

I did this workout today, and I was able to keep up with you! That means that I have developed more resistance and endurance with your other workouts! Amazing!! However, can you do a video workout to strengthen the TD bands? I am a runner and they are starting to hurt when I hit more than 3.50 Miles.

After the first 50 sumo squats I told myself 'I am confident I can do the other 50', and I did! The affirmation realy helped cause otherwise I might have quited just at the thought of doing 100 sumo squats.

I do all the modified version on this round Have not worked out in a long time 59 years old day 13 I will repeat this challenge after the 30 days and try to go in with out modifying on next round of the challenge

I am proud of all of us who did Day 13! All 82 thousand ppl among 1.3million that started day 1... I really like the formula, the aformations, but the excercises are really repetitive and become boring after few days of challenge
