Confidence comes from trusting yourself, being self-aware and having faith in your abilities. Use today to really re-connect and appreciate yourself! Appreciate how wonderfully made you are, appreciate all of your capabilities, appreciate that today you are alive! As we give ourselves appreciation we will be able to trust ourselves and truly love ourselves.

C - 30s Plank
O - 30s Mountain Climbers
N - 50 Sumo Squats
F - 15 Tricep Dips
I - 15 Burpees
D - 30 Alt Lunges
E - 25 Jumping Squats
N - 50 Sumo Squats
T - 20 Military Plank
You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
