Happy Sunday Squad!!
Today marks 2 weeks completed of the challenge!!! The affirmation of the day is I AM FEARLESS!!!
Most of the biggest wins in life will come from stepping outside of your comfort zone. Growth, discovery and change are all waiting for you on the other side!
Here are some tips to help you overcome fears:
1) Acknowledge, learn and understand your fear.
What is it? How does it make you feel? What are your instant thoughts and reactions when you attempt to face your fear?
Writing these things down and taking time to really connect with how you feel is a great first step to conquering each fear.
2) Practice Mindfulness/Awareness
Most of our fears come from a lack of understanding, external past experiences/traumas and unreliable outside sources. By making yourself more aware of your surroundings (nature and environment), circumstances, people, behaviors and the role that everything outside of you plays in your life, it becomes easier to control of your emotions, reactions and energy.
Mindfulness can be practiced by taking a few minutes each day to meditate and center your energy.
3) Positive Mental Attitude (PMA)
Fear struggles to survive in a positive environment. It is always defeated internally before being banished by physical action.
Use all the affirmations in this challenge to really reprogram your daily way of thinking by speaking positivity into every action you take.
Even uttering positive words to the water you drink has been shown to have healing effects.
Use today to connect with yourself and being making plans to step away from your comfort zone!

F - 15 Tricep Dips
E - 25 Jumping Squats
A - 40 Jumping Jacks
R - 60s Air Punches
L - 25 Bicycle Crunches
E - 25 Jumping Squats
S - 25 Glute Bridges
S - 25 Glute Bridges
You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.

Heavily reduce refined/processed carbs (SIMPLE SUGARS!!)
Drink plenty of water or herbal teas (green tea)

Eat a high protein diet
Sleep earlier and longer
Move more and sweat more!
