It's my favorite session..because it was wholesome...almost all body parts participated and most importantly I liked it because I was able to achieve all the postures 😁.

Wow nice session...I haven't feel any back pain during whole session as it was severe from last 3 days..I use to to do chakrasana comfortably but today Isi not dare to do it.. feeling happy..Thanks ma'am🙏

Wow it's amazing. Today practice is intense I took Break but I'm able to compete all asanas. I'm able to hold Chakrasana for just few seconds. But I feel so much improvement.thank you so much yogbela ❤️

It's my second time I'm practice it again now I'm able to it with perfection now I'm happy Ihv done chakrasana.it was amazing experience I'm so much happy. N yes I'm feeling relaxed peaceful calm thank you yogbela ❤️

came to this practice with a headache, feeling nauseated and all around didnt want to practics yoga today. I pushed through and my headache has gone away completely, i feel amazing. Thankyou❤

Good morning.... Today really good session but hard intense... I am not do well but i am try my best do urdh dhanurasan. I feel all body arts release after thi session ... And one asans veey hard to me balaasna my leags shivring a lot time.

Ur explanation is so good.. that even the difficult poses when I follow ur voice, able to do it. But i wasn't able to hold it for a long time.. but atleast got the correct posture for 2-3 s

Yes definitely feeling rejuvenated. Today's session was little challenging as i can't do the wraps with left hand, right se phir bhi aajata hai. Thank you Preeti, may you stay healthy and share many many more of such challenging videos.😁

I use Manduka Pro Mat.. not sure if they sell in India.. you can use cork mat as an alternative...
