How do you stop the keyboard from going to sleep? It keeps going to sleep and I have click once or twice to wake it up. (Very frustrating)

Hi, Anyone else having problems using the mouse with an IPad via bluetooth? Connects fine but no movement/clicks are registered. Does work fine with USB through the hub so not a big issue. Keyboard seems fine and works with all my devices.

It is a very BAD keyboard. it geos atomically after seconds to energy saving mode and you can not turn this option off.😁 👊

same problem here. Goes after 60 (or 90?) seconds in energy saving mode. Takes 3~5 seconds before it wakes up again with 2.4g receiver. Bluetooth takes even longer

What a shit product. It shuts down and then doesn't work again for 5 to 10 minutes. It constantly disconnects and is just unusable. Don't buy this awful product. The keyboard is awful too. Just buy a cheap mechanical keyboard.
