I tried this and I must say this is super intensive for me. I am a beginner in animal flow workouts and intermediate in yoga. thanks for challenging me so much. I will use your yoga videos to practice on days other than my capoiera and running.. 🥰

Coucou Émilie, I'm back on the mat 😀 Ce n'était pas le cours le + facile pour une reprise, mais j'ai tenu bon ! Bcp de modifications pour ne pas étirer complètement l'ischio, mais j'ai beaucoup aimé ta créativité... Et fini en sueur ! J'espère que tu n'es pas trop touchée par les inondations, à Metz c'est encore gérable pour le moment. 🙏🙏

Emilie :):) I am having to take a break from yoga. I injured my wrist somehow and it hurts when I put pressure on it. Big fat bummer! I really miss flowing with you and get so excited when your new videos pop up :) I tried this one this morning but realized I need to be more patient.
