Wow, les changements de rythme, c'est qqch ! J'ai commencé à transpirer à seaux quand tu es passée au rythme des mouvements sur 4 temps ! ! Et mon savasana actuel ne peut pas être supta baddha konasana (tire trop sur hanche et genou), donc tout simplement je m'allonge au sol et je pose les jambes en hauteur sur le canapé (une sorte de demi-viparitta karani !)😉 Excellent cours comme tjs, bcp de fun, ça sort totalement des sentiers battus !Merci Émilie 🙏

Wow. One of your best. Really enjoyed the unique sequence and found it quite challenging. Especially synchronizing breath and movement on slow motion. I mean usually you breath in or out according to the specific transition but when it's long you have to do both (at least I do) but you still want it to "make sense".
