I have to admit I was pretty worried as body weight workouts are usually much harder than when using weights. I thought, I'd just try it and if I don't like it I'll pull up an older one with weights. But guess what? I did the whole thing and was very grateful for all the modifications offered and Chris makes us feel that it is totally OK to use them. And we can always get better that way! Thanks Chris! It was not as bad as I had feared LOL

I thought it would harder too (in a burpee kind of way). While it was challenging and tested endurance it was very much of a feel good workout throughout.

The only move that didn’t fit was the standing curl back - my heel caught on the bed frame!! This was just what I needed while on the road with family.
