Hi, Jen. This is my first time working out with you or even seeing and watching any of your videos. I just "found" you (so to speak), and am glad that I did. I just wanted to say thank you for you taking time out to help people like me who temporarily struggle with or have been suffering from and with intermittent knee, hip, and lower back pain and issues. I love how you can pair Jenny's different videos, a low impact workout for half an hour followed by any choice of leg or arm work and maybe some stretching by the sea. Great fun and afterwards I always feel amazing. Thank you Jenny

Jenny's exercises are simply amazing and she really has me motivated. I particularly like the tips she gives to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly, that she explains what muscles they are working, the order they should be done in and why they are important. I find that I am exercising much more regularly since I've found Jenny's exercises and the fact that many are 30 minutes helps me to fit them easily into my schedule. Keep up the good work, Jenny. It is much appreciated.

Gee, Jenny, great to see a class on legs. I’m going to try to do this weekly. I’d did a couple of the exercises on the stability ball, too. I combined it with one of the “garage door” workouts and it was just right. You are my favourite person to keep me going during this time. Our gym is open but no classes, at least until September. Thank you.

I have been having issues with my ankles and hips to where I can't sit long without hurting to stand up and walk. I go to bed in pain and wake up in pain. I tried your video Sunday and there were two exercises I had a hard time with but did the modified version. My legs were so wobbly after and we sore to touch or walk until today so I pushed play and was able to do all the video!!! After that first time on Sunday my hips have not hurt me at all!!!! I'm praying continuing this will strengthen and tone my hips and thighs. Thank you!!

I must confess your exercises have given me a lot of strength. Arthritis on my shoulder is gone. No pain at all. I love your training. Am stuck with daily.

hi Jenny, I did this exercise class this morning for the first time in months. I used to do it regularly last year. In the knee lift section a random piece of music over -rode your voice for several minutes, then it reverted to your commentary. Just thought I would let you know in case you were unaware! Thanks for your channel I love it!

Glad I found your video’s plan to start the resistance band workout and this one. In the middle of the video music started playing and I could not hear what you were saying . Looking forward to trying more of your workouts

Just finished these exercises for the first time, and legs feeling a little wobbly! Having missed my classes in the UK for nearly 4 months I have been following your low-impact aerobic workouts. Really enjoy them but need to get my legs stronger, so this is THE ONE. I have one arthritic knee and a very tight lower back, so just want to say thanks Jenny for your clear instructions and explanations.

From the 1st of May our lockdown allowed us to go for for walks again but I was so enjoying your exercises (which says a lot for someone who for the past 69 years did not like exercising) that I decided to walk 3 mornings a week and do one of your sessions on the other 4 days. I have lost 5kg and am so grateful that I found you when our Lockdown started. When I'm asked what diet I'm on tell them about your KZbin page so hopefully they will also enjoy doing them. Never thought I would thank Covid but if not for it we would not be able to enjoy your valuable workouts. Knowing you are PT gives me added confidence. I just discovered your videos. They are fantastic and I really appreciate them. I am 69 years old and have fibromyalgia and many pain issues. I think your videos will help me on a daily basis to cope with my pain.

This was just what I needed, since I have arthritis in my knees and hip. I had knee replacement surgery 5 years ago, but the other knee is not that good either. These exercises will help it, I know. Thank you Jenny!

I am so glad I found your exercises. They are just right for me. I have tried numerous exercises that I find I can't keep up with. I was involved in a life threatening car accident in 1991 and the muscle in my left leg got torn loose and hangs down on my knee. I have 3 herniated disc in my back as well. I am also trying to lose weight. There are many exercises I can't do but with yours you show different ways so that makes it much better for me. I had to go through alot of physical therapy. Thank you for all your exercises.

Hey I have FND and struggle with weakness so I’m trying to rebuild the strength in my legs. I can’t stand up from seated position without help, no squatting, no climbing stairs. This video with the chair to hold onto has helped me so much. Thank you.

Recently found you on KZbin. I enjoy the workouts because they are easy to follow (I lack coordination) and yet challenging. Somedays I prefer a shorter workout, would like to see more 15-20 minute cardio and strength workouts. Thanks for the wonderful workouts.

Thank you so much Jenny. These are excellent leg exercises. My wife and I do a combination of your exercises every day to keep fit during lockdowns when the gym is closed. You are the best . We enjoy every minute of these exercises and can feel the strengthening of our legs. This is so important for us in our early seventies.

Love this video, doing it several times a week to strengthen my left knee and leg. I had a bad ski accident at age 17 and now am 65 and trying to get ready for ski season in CO. Thanks for being there so I can exercise when it fits my schedule.

I love this for my left arthritic knee and legs in general. I am so happy you added this one Jenny! Now we have both upper and lower body! I plan to take your advice and do this M, W, F and your upper arm series on Tu and Th. Hopefully I will have more strength to do my aerobics! I am grateful 🙏🙏🙏.

I started to watch your videos in March when I started working from home. I retired June 1st and your videos have been an almost daily happening. I will be having knee replacement in a week and a half and this video will be a mainstay for awhile. Thank you for taking your time to strengthen us all.

Oh, wow - good timing. I put my mom on a pre-surgery plan similar to this and she was on the golf course in 6 weeks after double knee replacement. GOOD LUCK with your rehab! It will be your job after surgery. You are very welcome Janet.

Just wanted to let you know that this lower leg exercises have done me more good than any exercises I have done. I have arthritis on both my knees and was already thinking of getting a walker but after the first time I did it, I felt the difference. This exercise has done me more good than steroid and gel injections. I am also doing Red Light Therapy and Biomagnetism treatments and these exercise seem to be loosening my joints and all of these treatments, first God and then all He provides to help me heal and you are one of them! A very good resource! Thank you Jenny.

However, I am just getting over a setback of Pneumonitis (inflamation of the lungs) and had to stop the fitness exercises.
