This is a great and fun 30 minute video for my favorite leg exercises. Perfect for those with hip and knee pain and/or weakness. Or for those wanting to tone up their kegs. This is easy to follow so perfect for seniors and beginners! As a Physical Therapist, I would recommend this 3 times a week. All you need is a chair and a pillow. ENJOY!

I love how you can pair Jenny's different videos, a low impact workout for half an hour followed by any choice of leg or arm work and maybe some stretching by the sea. Great fun and afterwards I always feel amazing. Thank you Jenny

I do love this leg strengthening for toning the legs. I do love all of your videos . I do wish you could come up with a step aerobics some time. I love the boot camp and the little bit of step you do in that one. But , I do appreciate all you do for us by making all of the videos and taking an interest in our health.

Jenny's exercises are simply amazing and she really has me motivated. I particularly like the tips she gives to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly, that she explains what muscles they are working, the order they should be done in and why they are important. I find that I am exercising much more regularly since I've found Jenny's exercises and the fact that many are 30 minutes helps me to fit them easily into my schedule. Keep up the good work, Jenny. It is much appreciated.

I love this for my left arthritic knee and legs in general. I am so happy you added this one Jenny! Now we have both upper and lower body! I plan to take your advice and do this M, W, F and your upper arm series on Tu and Th. Hopefully I will have more strength to do my aerobics! I am grateful 🙏🙏🙏.

I love following your exercises. You are my got to during this stay at home time which continue for me . I did a 25 minute routine first but was so glad to find one just for strengthening the legs.

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I loved this Jenny. Apart from the pendulum leg and the seated exercises, I was able to do most of the others without the chair to improve my balance. I will be able to do some of the seated exercises while watching TV or seated in my office when I eventually return to work! I am 56 and live in the UK and have historically hated exercise, but know how important it is especially now I am older. I do enjoy your sessions. Many thanks ! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Just finished these exercises for the first time, and legs feeling a little wobbly! Having missed my classes in the UK for nearly 4 months I have been following your low-impact aerobic workouts. Really enjoy them but need to get my legs stronger, so this is THE ONE. I have one arthritic knee and a very tight lower back, so just want to say thanks Jenny for your clear instructions and explanations.

Hi.Jenny love the leg exercise routine. I have ligament damage in left knee and dreadful balance. This is just perfect. I will add to my selection. Usually do boxing ( more please) followed by the upper body which will now be followed by the leg,s .Really fun and enjoyable exercises to do. Thank you so much. Take care Tracey

Never thought I would thank Covid but if not for it we would not be able to enjoy your valuable workouts. Knowing you are PT gives me added confidence. I have hip and knee issues so this particular workout was a blessing. Have shared your link with a few of my buddies who also exercise. God bless you for sharing these videos.

Hi Jenny! Have been doing your fitness routines ever since the pandemic struck in March and you have been a Godsend! However, I am just getting over a setback of Pneumonitis (inflamation of the lungs) and had to stop the fitness exercises. Now, with this new LEG exercises, I am able to start moving my lower body and am already feeling better. THANK YOU!!!! Hugs Margot from Brazil

I have been very lazy of late and lost my motivation, but this new set of exercises popped up and I decided to try them. I have lots of inflammation in my body but I was able to do this. The chair one amazed me that I could get up and out of the sitting position. I wasn't too sure if I was supposed to bend the other knee slightly when doing the Pendulum. I will try again your exercise videos, I cant do plank though, would be happy if you had more for the stomach area without straining my shoulders. Dear Jenny, Many thanks for sharing this video. I’m a professional atheistic but I don’t have enough time to do 1 cardio hour work out. I was about losing all my leg muscles. I started doing this exercise and I feel great. My muscles are getting form and I’m so happy. Best regards,
