My thoughts when looking for a workout and finding this one: "Oh yeah, just 30 minutes, that's not too bad, let's squeeze it in." Also me, 15 minutes into the workout "ooohhh I did it again...never underestimate Chris...my legs are screaming!!! 😂". But it was great and challenging, and that's what I love the most. Thank you!

Can't believe all those wall sits and the workout still went so fast. I can tell that I am getting stronger after following these live workouts for just a few months. I have my balance back after losing it to illness, that alone is a blessing. Have gone from 3 pound weights to 16!!!!( Just for moves like dead lift so far, but I'm not done yet.)

Thanks Chris for the motivation today. I’m having a fibromyalgia flare up, but movement is something that helps me the most. I had to use a lighter band than normal and I stopped the video to rest and stretch when I needed to. No excuses, just modifications. Thanks for emphasizing that for us! I’m so grateful for Chris and her channel!

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the mid 90's so I completely understand what you go through. For some reason, it's always worse in the winter months and I have to force myself to persevere, but i'm convinced it's what has kept me in the shape I'm in. Don't give up or give in!! Chris's program is truly a gift.

Never thought I’d say this, but I think wall sits might be my favorite lower body move 🙀. Still being cautious with my back, so a banded lower body instead of weights was perfect! And trust me, you don’t need weights to feel the burn… I’m definitely feeling it! Thanks Chris 🫶

If you want a good hot dog you need to get Hauffmans idk if they have them where you are. I'm near Syracuse NY and that's the only hotdogs we eat
