This 30 minute vinyasa yoga flow is designed to strengthen your core. We will breathe and flow through a sequence based on traditional yoga asanas and their variations to target not only abdominal muscles but much deeper muscles of the back and diaphragm that form our deep core. This is a core strengthening practice that will not tire your neck and lower back. And you will notice a result immediately. Tone your abdominal muscles without doing traditional crunches. Get a flat tummy and thinner waist by following along with this beautiful flow sequence.
We will start this 30 minute yoga practice in a table top position with a few core activation exercises and twists and then we will continue with a sequence of standing poses and transitions.
This 30 minute practice for core strength can be suitable for practitioners of all levels with a few modifications for beginners. Remember to listen to your body, focus on your breathing and find a way to make this practice work for you. This is the beauty of home practice. You can always pause the video and take a child’s pose, rewind and try to finish a sequence that you have missed.
No equipment is necessary for this practice. Let’s make your abdominal muscles stronger together.

Это просто потому что таким образом ты пробуешь занятия разного уровня и с разным фокусом ! Поэтому конечно некоторые будут не простыми !!! Но рада, что тебе нравится !!

Absolutely great flow to strengthen the core with some nice exercises that are not too hard, but still effective. I love this flow and will do it more often if I want to strengthen my core without crunches etc. Thanks for this !!!

Yes...sometimes just stepping onto the mat feels very very hard...but we always need to remember that we will feel much better once the practice is done !! Best motivation !

I really enjoyed this practice. I can feel my core strength is getting stronger. I like the part of the half moon pose and crunch the elbow to the knee. It was super fun. Thank you so much Marina! ❤️❤️❤️

Great core practice! I love that it's so different from the classic core exercises to switch it up a bit. Feeling my core and feeling amazing after today's practices and the long shavasana at the end. 😌🥰

Love love LOVE your videos and I’m so happy that you provide schedules which keep me very disciplined!! My goal is to be able to do Dancer Pose/King dancer/Bird of Paradise but I’m no way near it, it would be great if you could make videos for beginners that incorporate such poses.. Thank you so much for helping us and providing us with such great detailed and relaxing videos! Best yoga channel tbh!!

Thank you very much Katia for your kind words and your feedback. Oh yes, somehow I have not recorded a class focused much on those poses yet. I hope to do it in the future. Those poses are all interconnected...as your front and middle splits get better, as well as backbends and balance - those poses will become accessible to you too (even if you were not practicing them much). It is all coming - keep on practicing !

Love to follow your yoga practice....You are so strong 💪, I have problem with my lower back when I do wheel back bend I feel pain on my lower back, like pinch in between..... Do you hv any suggestions for my problem? Thank you Marina... Your yoga practice inspiring me to keep practice, im beginner in yoga... Namaste🙏

Hello Rose ! Thank you for this message. Do you feel the same pinch in all backbends? - Camel pose, bow ? Have you ever had a back injury or back pain in your regular life ? It is hard to say why without really see you practice. But I would recommend not to force it and not to rush the process especially if you just starting to do yoga. Work on opening the shoulders to find more space in wheel pose through the chest. Strengthen glutes and hamstrings to feel more strength, and back muscles. Take it slow.
