This is an exceptionally well-crafted workout! As advertised, it is easy on the joints, but at the same time, very comprehensive and well-rounded to exercise all areas of the body. The sequence of the exercises feels very logical and intuitive. Appreciate the care that went in to creating this effective workout video!

Guys, if you are over 40 and just getting started, these workouts will do the trick! I have been doing these exercises for 3 months, I am in the best shape of my life, I have lost 15lbs, and I feel like superman. I can't wait to see what I feel like at the beach this summer! If you can't do an exercise yet, just wait, you will be able to if you keep trying. Also, if you can't make it to the end of the videos, make sure you keep it up. You will be able to before too long. I have just hit a new milestone, and I am at 90% without pauses, whereas, I was at 75% with pauses. Just keep going!

This is a brilliant workout - so good for the whole body, including the abs and leg muscles! After the workout, I was so drenched in sweat, my T-shirt was wet as if I had washed it. Drank plenty of water after finishing this workout and the exercises made me feel stronger and full of energy. Thank you, this is my favourite workout channel. Thanks I’ll try this ! However after doing other people’s workouts for years I started creating my own. For me my own workouts are the most fun and unique. If you have a little energy left after this workout, it would mean a lot to me if you try one of my workouts too.

Great work out-but there are a few repeated exercises. No biggie-but just wanted to mention because I was afraid I was crazy when I doing squat 1 sec holds a second time.

I love your workouts but this one isn’t my favorite. They are a huge help to me. But this particular one doesn’t have enough variety. However being low impact is amazing!
