These are so easy to follow since u put the instructions 5 seconds before the actual exercise. I always watch the whole video before trying it. That way I can see if there’s instructions…and there is! Ur an angel for that so thank u!!!!!

That was clever. I would never have thought my wall would be so useful for exercising. I found some of the routines quite difficult before the water break . Thankfully, there were some easier ones later. Thanks Eleni for bringing us another interesting workout with nice music.

Great idea❤ But sometimes I was just confused how to do properly the exercise, especially, when they changed a lot in one session. More points of view of the camera would help 🙏

Yes. Me too. Especially if it’s too many combination of movements in 1 rep. I found myself too preoccupied to get the sequence right, but end up not doing it the right way, and when I actually get the movements combination, times up.

What I find helps is if I watch it the night before I do it that way I have an idea of what the moves are … just a thought that has helped me 😁

Before you do wall palatines you need to do walking exercise stand up for 4 months and gradually you do wall Pilates and it's easier for you. Don't think you want to make it perfect for month or two. It's gonna take time but slow slowly. You'll see it for yourself.

Wow, I underestimated this whole wall pilates thing 🤩 thank you for inspiring me to try new things all the time. I also love the ballet, yoga and HIIT sessions. I would probably never search for them specifially and would only do pilates. For the first time in my life I am finishing the whole year of working out and I am proud of me. Before that I always stoped with summer. I never enjoyed working out as much as I do now with your workouts. 🎀

More like this please!! It's pilates - but hits the muscles just a bit differently I think. Not particularly hiit/cardio, but sweaty!

thanks much, Elen,i for an excellent video. I especially like the approach with including warm up and cool down. I am 62, recovering from knee surgery and feel with this I can get me back to my former shape and fitness

My first time doing it today. It was fun. I had to stop in the middle because i took my shirt off because i got hot and on the one of your hand and knees lifting your leg behind you, i saw how much of my skin and stomach were hanging ( i weigh 125 pounds lost all my baby weight just have lose skin now) once i saw how i looked i tried to suck it up to be flat ended up pulling on some stomach muscles ill have try again tomorrow, i let myself in my head with how i look and screwed up. Other than that this was fun. Thank you for posting.
