Thanks for the nice workout Tom, did section one with 95lb and section 2 with 65lb. Definitely need to do more Olympic barbell exercises as I lost a lot of strength on this over last couple of years

this is my umpteenth time trying to stick to a workout..this was very doable, albeit i did not include weights on the end of my bar..the bar itself is 20lbs..i will work my way up to adding weights, but this was a great reintroduction to working out! short and to the point; the best part is I actually stuck to the whole 30min! hahahahaha!

Well done 👏🏼 weight is just relative to what you’re used to so just pick what feel challenging but you can do with good technique/ control. The bar is often enough. Thanks, I usually mention it before each section. Looks like I use 40kg total for first section and 20kg for second 👍💪🏼

That sounds great, yes just increase the weight when you feel ready. Keeping it neat and controlled is more important long term. 💪🏼

Havent touch my 45lb barbell in over a year, forgotten how heavy it is with plates,, use to doing dumbells for weights.. and hello from NEW MEXICO

Ye I’m actually using a 10kg bar in this one. Probably only need fractional plates for those lighter sections with a 20kg 45lb bar. Glad to get you back on the barbell! 💪🏼
