I Loved the floor exercises, they gave my arms a bit of rest from the weight lifting part of it . Amazing work right there @TomPeto

Thanks Tom! Good choice of stretching poses. I really needed to dust of the cobwebs, got a bit stiff with all this lifting weights regime. I extended it to an hour with few more poses. Cheers dude! Needed a good rest / recovery day. Day 4 tomorrow!! Bring it on!

OK we are friends again - this was great! I have to apologize to you - I had assumed a weight lifter would not be flexible or do yoga but look at this - here you are in yoga poses!
