Listennnn. I was only trying to find a filler channel for the odd days when my channels weren't offering something new. That's it. All I was trying to do. 🔥 🔥 I never thought that 30-minute workouts could be so challenging...I always thought you needed more time to get sweaty! Well, I was wrong....starting to like the shorter (not less intense) workouts!! See you next week!
