Hi Mira, I just want to let you know that you’ve become my favourite pilates instructor here on YT! I have done miriads of youtube pilates workouts but yours are by far the best. I think that what distinguishes you from the rest is that you give super clear instructions on how to correctly do the exercises and the stress you put on respiration and mind-body connection, which is what pilates is based on. I also love the fact that your videos focus on getting overall healthier and stronger, not just on getting a flat belly or a nice booty lol. Keep them coming!! With love, from Italy 🇮🇹 💚

The cue at 5:16 to not bury the head down was exactly for me: thank you! This was a wonderful challenge: gave great burn and extended work in the abs, but was also full-body with the weight-bering in plank etc. I could not do the full Reverse Rolling-like-a-Ball: I could curl my pelvis up, but could not bring myself up from completely still; something to work for. Thank you!

Challenging and so good! Any hints for keeping jaws relaxed? I find that I clench my jaws when working hard. Ido the same when I am doing my swimming workout.
