Just what I needed today! Something that works my body, but not too much/heavy and not for too long. I also love that you incorporated upper body movements because lots of full body workouts on youtube that people post are too lower body and ab focused

Today I didn't feel like exercising. I was looking at what was on KZbin's main page and I saw this video and I got encouraged. I ended up feeling wonderful. I feel that this type of exercises connect me with my femininity.
