Liked that it was apartment friendly, easy to follow, and got the heart rate up. I did it with 5 lbs throughout like Josephine, and I think that if I do it again, I may double up on some of the unilateral sets like deadlines. We'll see!

Great workout! Balancing on one leg is a challenge for me but I was able to do it at the end.
