Loved this one! I like how it included a short warmup and how it wasn’t TOO hard, but enough to break a sweat! And the layout of the workout made it go by faster for me as opposed to all 10 of the exercises in a row and then repeating the whole thing!

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Yes PLEASE keep up the variety in your workouts! So great to be able to pick based on how Im feeling. No energy and feel like skipping, cue in the dance workouts, 30 seconds in and Im having a blast so happy I didn't skip. No time but need a good butt kick, cue in the 5 and 10 minute burners! Feeling pumped lets go for the 30 minute videos! Sore legs no worries lets get in that upper body! Seriously keep them ALL coming!!! They are all amazing

i love this workout, and i love maddie! i dont like super extroverted yelly "GO HARD" coaches, i get overwhelmed and feel like i need to keep up even if it doesnt feel good. your demeanor and gentle encouragement makes me feel comfortable staying at my own pace and i always end up feeling energized and motivated to do it again and again! im so grateful for this channel and all its fantastic workouts

I LOVED how you broke up the exercise into sets, then repeated them, versus doing all the moves then going back. Thank you for explaining each move. It's so helpful!!! I'm still learning as to which body part to concentrate on. A lot of moves I was doing wrong because I would do workout videos that never explained how to correctly do each move.

this one was one of my favorite workouts of yours! i love that it was difficult enough to break a good sweat and get my heart beating, but easy enough that i didn't have to take a break every 5 reps. also, i loved all the exercises in set 2!!!! seriously, where have those been? i will definitely be coming back to this video. i've been slacking on full body because i love lifting weights and running on a treadmill, but this has re-motivated me. and of course the puppy appearance made it all the more better 😉 thanks a ton as always!!

I am 59 years old and been exercsing in gyms but now I do all my workouts at home with you. My favorites are no jumping and weights sessions 20, 30 or 40 mins. Keep them coming please.
