Omg... This is just my favourite style of workout. No jumping, low intensity WITH warm up and cool down included? Damn... It's like you knew what I needed before I did. Great job Maddie. I am so grateful I found your channel. There is a style to the way you workout that I just love and I cant quite put my finger on but I absolutely love it. You became official online instructor. I started doing your workouts last year..at that time i used to do abs, legs and upper body workouts nd results were great..then due to some health issues i stopped doing workouts...i was on the bed for 2-3 months and used to think about doing workouts again..then after 7-8 months i started doing your upper body workouts..nd results are unbelievable... I don't use any suppliment... I used 2 kg dumbbells for doing these workouts..nd everyone who sees me asks me how many hours do you spend in the gym...i know i know it's hard to believe..but this is the truth... thank-you maddy for these workouts... you are an inspiration to many of us..thankyouuuuuu

@@Katherine-pl9bi In the beginning, i had a poor diet plan..but workouts were still working for me..then i started reducing my regular meal and replacing it with food rich in protein...i started eating vegetables, peanut butter, chia seeds, beans, muesli (I'm vegetarian you can eat eggs or chicken also)...just be patient and keep moving... believe me results will be awesome 😊

Why would anyone give this thumbs down? I was a trainer for years, even owned a gym until I decided I enjoyed teaching better and through a fall got hurt, this are amazing for recovery after healing to regain strength, good morning routine, and overall great workouts. I would hire that girl in a second for training. She is incredible.

Im so thankful I found your channel. Im on day 11 and Im doing your calender in march/april. I never workout and when I do, my motivation stops at day 3. You, and the other people in the comment section pushes me trough it. I feel way more energized during the day and Im so proud of my self!

This is by FAR my favorite workout of the January challenge. I'm at day 11, and I'm starting to feel stronger and confident in my body's ability to do the workouts. I feel excited to work out, and it feels rewarding and pleasant. I started working out around May or so, and I think my body is finally coming onboard with getting fit. My favorite of all of the workouts I have done so far. I am 72 and reasonably fit but it is great to have a workout that has a warmup and cool down even though I usually walk my dog 2 miles before exercising. It was also great that I could actually do all of the exercises! It was a challenge but not overwhelmingly so. More like this please.

I like that this workout includes warm up, cool down and no jumping! I am 63 and I had to take a few short 30 seconds breaks but I went through the whole workout with sweat and enjoyment! ❤️

This is great. I have been struggling with fatigue recently and trying to get back into daily workouts after a 2 week break. This was great as it was manageable but I could feel my muscles working and burning at points. Thanks Maddie!!x

THE BEST WORKOUT CHANNEL! You've changed my mind that only cardio gives you a buzz and keeps you lean. I love how your workouts feel almost medidative and although it doesn't feel too intense at the time, it is a subtly very challenging and the heat certainly builds!! Pretty please could you do an hour workout, I often pair two of your 30 minute ones?!

Maddie! Your workouts are perfect. Sometimes I feel lazy and don't want to go out running and I tell myself "ok at least do a short Madfit one" and never regret watching any of your videos. I'm really trying to stick to regular workouts and I usually fail so today I was really dreading this. For the first few exercises, I thought "why am I doing this? I want to quit." but then I really found my stride and I finished the workout strong! I'm so proud!

I LOVED this workout. I've been doing strictly Popsugar for about 4 years and this is the first time I've branched out. I loved how we can work up kore weight in the future and finished with a great cool down. I'm 6 months pregnant and was able to do every move. THANK YOU! Can't wait to work out in the morning!

I really love this kind of videos, they are my favourite lenght and intensity. What about letting a little bit more time for each exercize? Sometimes, by the moment I get the form right, the time is already over and I feel I haven't completed enough repetitions. Anyway thank you so much for the amazing job you do all the time.

I agree with this too! I personally like the 1 minute reps. But sometimes if I miss the move or feel like I need more, I just rewind it back and do more so I feel accomplished

this might be my favourite workout of yours (maybe a close tie with the one direction dance workout haha) - low impact, almost no repeat, minimal equipment, and with emphasis on coordination. i appreciate that focus so much because that's the only area where i actually feel the progress and it helps with the mind to muscle connection so much! the warm up and cool down included as well are great. hope there's more like this to come in the future, i keep coming back to this one!

I really liked this workout and would like more of the same. I am older and used to be a good athlete. Years of sitting behind a desk and shelter at home have left me in bad shape. A lot of your workouts are too hard for me to finish (when I was younger this would have been easy peasy), but I was able to get through this one - will probably be really sore but I will keep trying. Thanks for your videos!
