I am 77 years old and I've been doing yoga for the past 8 years. This Full Body Workout to tone, burn fat and build stamina was hard this first time, but I substituted by going either slower or doing other stretches in between. This exercise definitely showed me what I need for my body, although at this age I know I may not get to everything, and I'm fine with that. Thank you Julianna.

Oh my god you are a divine goddess! How do you do this with perfect form in the blazing sun without breaking a sweat? I had to stop many times during the elbow planks/dips at the end. Wowzers. Thank you. You are amazing ❤❤

WOW! They are uploading their premium classes from Transform, Retreat and Ascencion. This one's from day 10 of Transform. One of my go-to exercises whenever I feel the need to, and pairing it with some of their 20 min.pilates class after. This one's awesome and it's so challenging. Not for beginner but if you are looking to challenge your body with some core focused cardio workout, then definitely this one's for you. You gonna be sweating and shedding off extra pounds from the holidays. Enjoy!

I think it is important to also know when you need a break during a workout, my tired muscles go into wrong positions which is not good. But forward to a stronger body 🙏🏼❤️

Fresh, beautiful, uplifting-I couldn’t quite keep up with all the moves/paces, but I feel I’m on the right path, feeling stronger now and more up to facing the challenges of a new day. I particularly enjoyed the yoga counter stretches and relax periods in-between. Well balanced workout! Thanks so much🙂

Thank you, definitely beneficial for my body and health though too much cardio for me, good to do such work from time to time though as I don't tend to do cardio except from walking but anyway I find all your workouts perfectly blend with cardio, yoga, pilates, stretch, breath and awareness 🙏

First time I did it with lots of breaks, the second time thoroughly until 20 minutes through so the third time must be the charm! I intend to do this one every 3 days and reward myself with less strenuous yoga in between.

Friends, I need encouragement. I'm just starting to workout again after months of severe depression and as little movement as possible. I saw my body change in ways I'm not proud of and felt powerless to do anything about it. Now I sit here 30 lbs overweight and mad at myself for letting my body get this out of shape. I was what the girlies call snatched. Now I sit here on the cusp of 44 years and I struggled to get through this workout. That's enough to bring the depression back. Hard to see yourself go from fit flabby and unconditioned.

i truly understand this feeling. i was also severely depressed and stopped working out, but for the past few months ive gotten back into it, and it has been hard but my advice is to start off with beginner workouts (or at least shorter ones). i did that for a bit of time, and eventually i started to do more, and felt a lot better. please be gentle and patient with yourself, you will get to where you want to be in time ❤

What a strength to be able to do this workout under scorching Sun. You're so right, Julianna about gaining strength, that it comes with every repetition, patience and time. Planks are much easier with time and hands don't get tired as much as they did before. I'm happy I can now keep up with 15, 20 min workouts but I'm still building my power to be able to get through a 30 min practice. Nevertheless, I'm pretty impressed how great I did today after taking a long break between core workouts.
