Loved this 30 mins practice, felt so good after it. I could do most of it, though some at a slower pace, as I'm 77 years old. So very thankful for your calm and encouraging direction.

Recovering from physical injury, I felt discouraged because I lost so much flexibility and strength in my recovery process. But this practice was so perfect. I did work up a sweat, but it felt gentle and rejuvenating. I was so proud of my body for making it through and beginning the long road ahead in recovering my yoga practice. I adore how you finished off this class. I think I saw you do something similar a couple of years ago and I've been doing it ever since: "Reach up, gather all of that positive energy, bring it down for positive thoughts, positive words and positive intentions." Gather all the positive energy in between your palms. Bring it towards your 3rd eye your mind and thoughts, towards your throat and words you speak and then to your heart. Loved it!!

Just finished this practice and it felt so good. I have been feeling tense and anxious, as of late. This opened me up and helped me to harness positive energy and a feeling of peacefulness. Thanks for this session. I am a 62 year old Hatha Yoga teacher and I have to admit that I couldn‘t do all the movements, especially the hop. But I enjoyed it very much in the morning because Yoga gives me energy for the rest oft the day. 🙏🥰

Amazing class. Thank you for letting me be a part of this experience. Your guiding words help me to stay through the whole length of every exercise, even if I think I can't do it anymore. I like a lot the first part of the video, where you are setting the intention for this exercise. To be able to keep up with those exercises is my goal during the next 6 months.

This was a great practice!! I had this video open on my computer for a couple of days and finally did it this morning! um whoa! that last pose, all clenched up in a ball, felt almost traumatizing - made me cry till I was hyperventilating! Really needed the full shivasana and your beautiful words after to calm down. I've had releases from hip heavy classes, but this was beyond!!

Loved the rolling yourself into a ball and squeezing at the end and how the trasktion of asana with the warrior poses could be fun to use a weights as "swords"!

Thank you so much for this beautiful practice. Thank you for your love and you're gentleness, thank you for teaching me to be kind to myself and to love myself. I'm in my 50's and just now learning that I should love myself. In every practice that I've done with you and your husband (which isn't yet a habit but that's my goal is to make this a habit) I feel better and better with the ability to be kind and to be loving towards myself. Juliana, this is such a nice and enjoyable class ! Yes , I did not do push ups and a few exercises but it feels so good. This is my level and I even need push myself more and take some time. 4.10.23: searching for tougher boho yoga workout for result and this come in the page. And then i realize this is the first level. I luve it But I came across another level that I prefer and had done repeatedly too. Nevertheless this is great workout!

2.12.23. Yes i came to this again. And after doing so many workout from boho, I find this manageable but still challenging during the high lunge. Other parts relatively beginner level.

Hello Juliana C'est une très bonne scéance de yoga,j'ai gagné en stabilité 😊. Le plus difficile c'est de regarder les différentes excercices😊vu que je comprends pas tout en anglais..Mais j'arrive à suivre quand-même..merci Juliana pour vos différentes vidéos que je fais régulièrement 🥰👍💐
