After I had my 3rd baby, I really wasn’t taking care of myself for months and months… I was so deeply depressed and anxious that it scared me. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety since I was 13, but this was different. I just want to thank you for these videos because I honestly feel SOOO much better physically AND mentally. Exercising with you to these videos has helped, along with my medication, but I didn’t know exercising would help my mental health as much as it does. It’s amazing. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you! You’re beauty and awesome! 🙂💕

11 weeks postpartum with #3 and been working out with you since pregnant with #2. Back to pre baby size but this is helpful for pre baby strength! Thank you!!

Oh Sally, this is brilliant. I've just found out that I need to heal the DR first before exercising the abs. But, this is just too hard for me. All are cardio exercises for me🥹🥲 And I often missed the bells. Maybe I'll try another shorter video. Thank you🥰
