This video is one of the million reasons you’re the only workout person I stick with. I have carpal tunnel in one of my wrists so certain things are harder for me and the alternatives you give are a life saver. I’m gonna have surgery this summer and I wish I could get special workouts from you so I don’t have to take a break from working out.

So happy I found you! I was stressed out about getting back into shape and hesitated with other routines because of my knee damage- I just always felt like when I exercised, it only hurt in my knees and didn't work the intended muscle. You help me understand exactly what actions I need to implement to feel that muscle worked and, you do it in a way that's greatly helped me with my form and makes me feel safer working out! Thanks for always providing great warm ups, cool downs and instructions, you're wonderful!

a few tears were coming from my eyes and my nose started to run, but i did it!! i’ve been following your workouts off and on since 2020, but i decided to really commit this year !!!! let me just say i LOVE the coaching and explaining. it’s something that i really need while doing these workouts 😫 some other fitness youtubers i’d watch wouldn’t do that at all!! it makes it feel like you’re right there with me :D anyways, thank you for all the videos and your dedication!! the dance workouts are still some of my all-time favorites hehe 💞

I recently injured my left knee while running. I am looking only for your videos that have no jumping. I still get a workout in and feel like I accomplished something. Thank you. These no-jumping videos are lifesavers for us post-baby bodies, too.

I really wish your workouts included a warm up and cool down. But it was really nice that this one had modifications for people with wrist problems. That was really helpful.

I live in a small camper (Aliner Scout Lite) and have been relying on your "All standing" videos because I'm working out outside most of the time. Today it was 35 degrees out and so it was time to try out a inside, small spaces workout. Outside of a few moves, I could manage everything. I still broke a sweat and got my heart rate up! Thank you so much MadFit. From a tiny apartment to an even tinier camper, I know you've always got me covered!

Was looking for exercises to strengthen arms, I haven't been in the gym in ages, so I came across all these hectic things I used to do, which I couldn't do at my weak stage now. Luckily I found the MadFit arm workout, and it worked my arms more than anything else I came across. So glad I found this channel! Even better, the trainer is not like these other robots that dont get tired and make u feel seriously unfit, I could tell we were in this together😂🤗 Thank you MadFit!💫 You're awesome!

Thank you for making this a low impact exercise video because I have arthritic knees. The deep squats and lungs were too painful on my knees. Can you please suggest a modification for them? I hope you will continue to make more fitness videos like this. I am so happy that I was able to actually work out! Thank you! ❤

many thanks for your great workouts. i make them part of my regular routines and now even more. I had to stop activity for two months for a chest surgery procedure. I am using your “beginner” workouts (soft but nonetheless very engaging) to start again. well done MadFit!

ALL time FAVORITE! How it builds up is amazing! I was able to do some of hard stuff I usually modify without modifying. The end is also chemical boost I feel so happy finishing up sweaty

Very good, but I think, this workout is for beginners. I used the ball for some exercises, so it was a little bit more difficult. In spite of this, really good. Thank you very much.
