🎯 Target Areas: cervical spine (all around your neck), wrists (forearm muscles), thoracic spine (chest, upper - mid back), shoulders & lumbar spine (abs, lower back).

My body was really sore and stiff and just did this stretch and loved every minute of it. It was so soothing. Please make a 15 minute full body stretch for us when we don’t have time to do a 30 minute stretch. Please keep making these great stretch videos you don’t know how much we need them.
