Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

Was soll ich sagen, mein Core wird immer stärker, unserem Trainer der Rückenpause im Büro macht es so Spaß den bei mir zu testen... nur das ich nicht von der Pilatesrolle falle, wenn ich mich nur mit der Ferse am Boden halte während er an meinem anderen gestreckten Bein hin und her wackelt 😁😆Danke KayKay, auch für dieses tolle herausfordernde Workout❤🙏🤗
