Hi Coach and Claudia, i have been doing your workouts since 1.4.2017 and i absolutely love them. I am 15yo and 10KG overweight and i decided to lose weight and after one week i lost 3KG. Ohh and of course i eat healthy. Can you please tell me is it normal to lose that much weight in just one week? Btw you two guys are so inspirational and i love you

There are a lot of different factors that can go into how much weight and how quickly you're losing weight. Your starting weight? Have you cut carbs? What you're eating, etc. It sounds as though you've lost some water weight which can look like a big drop in weight such as you described. Generally, a healthy weight loss in 1lb per week or .45kg. Try not to focus on the scale as much and focus on how your clothes are fitting. Inches lost is a better way to gauge healthy progress. Additionally, consuming low calorie vegetables, lean proteins, low cal fruits, and complex carbohydrates is a great way to ensure weight loss success without the stress. :)

It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning how to lose fat with an amazing kettlebell workout without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend finally got astronomical results with it.

Wowie! I've only ever done your resistance band and dumbell workouts so far! My only set of dumbbells are 7 lbs (I do up to 25 on resistance bands but feel those are different), anyways Walmart had a dumbell on clearance and it's 15lbs ! Needless to say this was brutal but I feel so great afterwards! Not gonna lie I needed to sub some.moves out for the dumbell but I still pushed myself so hard! All while going through a medical treatment that has some crappy side effects, you wouldn't think it, but working out makes me feel so much better!!

Hi there! I continued to do out HIIT routines for as long as I could during my pregnancy. I went at my own pace, used lighter weight, and pressed PAUSE for longer breaks when I needed to. As long as working out is approved by your doctor or midwife, you can definitely keep it up. Congrats on your pregnancy, mama! -Claudia
