I started doing this about two months ago. I started at about 400 pounds and im 6' 2". I've already lost over 40 pounds. Of course that was with changing my dieting habits and I've also been doing weight training. Although my beginning weight is deceiving because I'm starting with quite a bit of muscle and I wasn't a slobby blob @ 400 pounds, I definitely needed to trim belly fat quite a bit. This was an excellent place to begin, this workout let's your get quite a bit of cardio without it being too difficult to get through even after not working out for a number of years. It was difficult to finish the first couple times but I pushed through, now two months later im ready to move on to one of your tougher videos. Thanks.

Hi @Samantha Nicholson These exercises are too interesting if you keep it constant and follow the dietary routine we get optimal results. Another resource that I also found useful on how to use a kettlebell was Renkarter Bell Fitness Report: search Google if you want

Watched the whole video, looked easy. Finished it with my 12kg kettlebell (exxcept for the windmill, had to grab a 6kg) and I am all covered in swet, way harder than i thought. Gonna do this a couple times a week. Awesome workout! Hope it helps me get back in shape.

I have been performing this routine for months and I am seeing results. Working towards increasing my weights for the second time. With one and 1/3 lungs, I do have to stop and allow my heart rate to come down to a safe number. The good news is, my recovery is awesome. Thank you very much!

Usually do this at the YMCA. A friend bought my some Kettle Bells. Just finished the routine and it is perfect to do from home when I can't make class. I'm 69 yrs old and really like the flexibility of movements and positive reinforcement during the routine. Subscribed, liked, and Will share! Thanks bunches 💓

Thank you, since I got injured as a cop I've struggled to find a exercise that I could do with my mobility issues. This is perfect and using smaller bean bag weights is ideal. I'll be back tomorrow

Also I tried with a 20 pound weight dumbbell and it was my FIRST workout in 4 years. I’m 250 pounds and dieting now am down to 235. I’ll be honest I was able to get to 10 minutes of the video. BUT I will try for 12 minutes tomorrow and then more and more each time. Thanks guys great vote workout . And good warm up as well. I’m subscribed for sure!

I just completed this workout with my 30-pound kettlebell.. Great energy, rhythm, challenging, and lots of variety -- truly a full body workout! LOVE YOUR WORKOUT! I've been dealing with bursitis in both shoulders for about 6 years, with about 70% range of motion in my left, 85% in my right. I've been doing your beginner kettlebell workout 3 x week for approx 1 1/2 months and my left shoulder is now at about 95% range of motion and right nearly perfect. Great workout!! My husband and I enjoy doing them together. You two are fantastic! Don't stop doing what you're doing!! :-)

Just 2 thoughts that you both should explain how to properly lift and place down the kettlebell in between exercises. Also I'm surprised there was no 10 to 15 second break in between exercises 🤔 I do appreciate the pre warm up and post cool down 😊

I love this routine! perfect length for beginners or press for a time but still a great quality workout. I plan to do the intermediate then to challenging longer kettlebell workouts from you after a week or two of this workout doing it 3 to 4x a week.

I Am in love with this workout! The first time I did this 2 weeks ago I burned 390 ACTIVE calorie (per my Apple Watch lol) and 268 regular calories (idk what that means lol) but this goes to say your workouts are the shit!!!!!! Now I include this kettle ball workout once or twice a week and I see amazing results everywhere!!! ☺️💗💗💗💗 thank you!! (Btw I did the intermediate + worm up & cool down)
