You don’t know how much you’ve changed my life! I’ve been doing your workouts for quite some years now but since last year I’ve started to be more consistent. And there the magic happened. I became more energetic, more motivated, more happy and got a pretty clear mind after following one of your workouts. I am happy to see thr energy level completed indicator prominently displaying at the top corner. It helps with motivating us to keep going n knowing howuch we have completed. Thx Anna. M doing this later aftery strength training. Yay!!! Always loving to sweat release through ur videos.

yes2, I feel u too. Keep practicing consistently like every day 6 times a week. It made so much differences, feeling less tired and manage to complete the entire video

Youpiiiii i did it 🎉🎉🎉tbh when i watched th3 video for the first time (to prepare myslef mentally) i thought i'd probably be dead at some point , but it was fun and i didnt even feel the time going by. I'd say the exercise i like the least would be the lunge jumps , i'm always scared of it for some reason😅 😅😅. Anyways , good luck to anyone trying this , you got it , take it one step at a time , if u need a break take it , then come back to it stronger 💪🏿💜

This was a great afternoon mood booster and pick me up. I feel like you can do anything for 20 seconds so this is very achievable. My only problem is that I'm not coordinated for some of the faster moves so had to take those a little slower. All in all this was great. I'll be trying some of your other Tabata workouts. I just found your channel a couple of months ago and I'm so glad I did 😅.

Love this workout with a good combination of strength and cardio training 💛 Another reason I love about TABATA is that if there's a harder movement, I can always give it a try and do my best in those short 20 seconds and done 😆

Wow this was a tough and sweaty workout. If anyone is reading this- its okay to take more breaks if needed! This took me about 5 min longer because I needed some breaks and that is OK ( what I try to tell myself :) ) What is important is that you push yourself to finish- but just know everyone is different and has different needs. It's okay that you can't blast through it :)
