Youpiiiii i did it 🎉🎉🎉tbh when i watched th3 video for the first time (to prepare myslef mentally) i thought i'd probably be dead at some point , but it was fun and i didnt even feel the time going by. I'd say the exercise i like the least would be the lunge jumps , i'm always scared of it for some reason😅 😅😅. Anyways , good luck to anyone trying this , you got it , take it one step at a time , if u need a break take it , then come back to it stronger 💪🏿💜

This was a great afternoon mood booster and pick me up. I feel like you can do anything for 20 seconds so this is very achievable. My only problem is that I'm not coordinated for some of the faster moves so had to take those a little slower. All in all this was great. I'll be trying some of your other Tabata workouts. I just found your channel a couple of months ago and I'm so glad I did 😅.

Wow this was a tough and sweaty workout. If anyone is reading this- its okay to take more breaks if needed! This took me about 5 min longer because I needed some breaks and that is OK ( what I try to tell myself :) ) What is important is that you push yourself to finish- but just know everyone is different and has different needs. It's okay that you can't blast through it :)
