@@charlotteweav As long as you’re working within your body’s limits then you should be ok, just make sure to rest and work at your own pace. I wouldn’t recommend bodybuilding or specifically heavy muscle growth (as you’re still growing), but exercising is fine (look up videos about this).

This was a tough one! I had to drop my weights a few times, skip some of the jumping parts and the holds but I finished with just a few more breaks!

This was amazingg!!! It was so hard for me, i have a cold and feeling really tired today but i decide to do it anyway, i stopped at 15 minute and made some abs workout for 10 minutes then i continue on this one. At the end my brain wanted to keep continue but my legs were so numb i did some parts without jumping but i did it and my body feels amazing. Thank you for this workout 😍😍😍
