Welcome to the 1000 Rep Challenge series. You will do 50 reps per exercise for a total of 20 exercises to give you a 1000 rep workout! There are targeted workouts for all those problem areas as well as full body routines using various equipment. This series is not for the faint hearted. Get ready to burn and sweat!
In 1000 Rep Challenge Outer Thighs workout you will stay in variations of a side lying position for 500 reps on each side. Each exercise flows into the next, building up more and more lactic acid to fully fatigue those outer thighs. You will see the dreaded L-series near the end, sorry, not sorry! There's lots of bonus oblique engagement in this one too. If you are game add some ankle weights, but don't blame me if you can't walk the next day.

Right now finished all 4 series, just sooo good, total doable but intense also (had a 20 min yoga first). I am starting to fear a possible 1000 abs rep 🙈😊 Thank you for your exercises, they are so suitable for me.

I'm not sure I'll be able to walk tomorrow 😂 I wore ankle weights and a loop- I hit pause a few times. This is so awesome!!! If I'm not too sore I'll be doing the quads tomorrow. Thanks for a fantastic workout!

I know you've said the main thing is to do 50 reps - but I'm just not there yet considering I have 2 kg ankle weights on) However, I did manage to do 50 reps for 5 exercises per each side (same ones of course). Loved it - it has everything one's thighs need🤗🥰

I definitely wouldn't attempt this whole workout with 2kg ankle weights. I don't think I would be able to lift my leg off the ground even at the end of the first few exercises 😅

Oh cats are so good at pilates! It probably came from them, but they make it look so effortless- I bet she does it in the middle of the night and thats why she looks so tired the rest of the time. I haven't done this one yet (am in an adrenal program right now and would probably get in trouble doing that many reps, lol.- Its Vanessa B's program, who is also in Australia! - ok, I know that doesn't make y'all besties, but my brain works that way. I don't know any of my US "friends" on youtube even if they are in same country as me, but thought maybe you knew of her). Anyway, Thigh(side) floorwork and maybe standing pilates in general are about all the pilates I like, but they do work! Thankyou and many blessings!! PS: Shoes are adorable too!!)
