Burn babe burn. Circuit number 2 with the lateral lunge and the clam shell at the end were so challenging 🥵. I had forgotten how intense these mouvements could be when completed with the step 🔥. Great workout !!! Thanks Vera. Enjoy your weekend😉

That was a good one!💪I feel stronger and more confident each day now thanks to your workouts. It’s like working out with a girl friend! I like your positive attitude too. Also I see on Pinterest your workouts with stretching bands. What’s your favorite brand, especially for legs so they don’t roll up? I have old tubular ones that I use for arms and black. I’m afraid that they will brake one day and hit me in my face 😂

I use short bands, long bands, the thick fabric woven bands, and currently also adding in the long (non-circular) bands 💪🥰

Hi Vera I will be doing this one today evening I am mostly doing thighs as I am genetically blessed with thick thighs ..hoping to make a difference ..were you always this tonned ? Btw you have a super toned body I just love it 😍

I hope you join the full strong program!! Let me know how you like the workout!! I’ve had my share of weight gain when I came to the US and my share of crazy and unnecessary diets. But I’ve been around the same weight for a few years now as I’ve found a balance that works for me 💖

It matters somewhat, but what’s more important is what’s more comfortable for you! I try to alternate the grip so your wrists don’t get tired but it’s really up to you 💕

Hi Pia, I can’t add subtitles in Italian, but I believe if you have your language set to Italian in Google, you can get an automatic translation. I hope that helps ✨ I will try and use simple wording for my captions so they are easy to read in any language ✨

I could just see that weight falling from behind my knee onto my leg or foot!😱 Maybe an ankle weight would be safer.

Oh no! Definitely use an ankle weight or resistance band if you are worried about dropping the weight 💖

@@VeraLaRo I used the weights behind my knees in the past and ended up with a major bruise. We get a little more vulnerable to this as we get older.😱
