Ready for another great medicine ball HIIT workout ? This one is pretty intense and burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time but can still be done at home (no slamming required).
For this full body HIIT workout I have used a 4kg ball but any weight that you feel comfortable with would be fine. Get ready to feel some burn in your legs, core and abs!!
A med ball (also known as heavy ball or exercise ball) is a great tool for anyone's full body fitness routine. It can be especially beneficial for any type of strength training and in particular, core strength training.
In this video, I am combining a series of exercises which are easy to follow and activate most muscle groups in your body.

This workout is amazing!!! Totally kicked my ass, had to pause and catch my breath multiple times because 50sec + 10sec is rly intense!! xD Btw, love your adorable tabby cat too :)

Ok… I’m on pretty good shape bit this workout really challenged me; I didn’t finish all of the reps but I kept pressing! Fear is nerves a factor and I’m going to master this.. in time. Great! Work out! 😅

Medicine balls and slam balls are indeed similar but have distinct differences, particularly in their design and intended use: - Medicine balls are typically heavier and have a firmer, more rigid structure. They're used for a wide range of exercises, including throws, but they're not specifically designed for high-impact throws against hard surfaces. - Slam balls, on the other hand, are designed to be more durable and are often filled with a gel or sand to prevent them from bouncing. They are specifically made for high-impact exercises, like slamming them against the ground or a wall, hence the name "slam ball." So, I think you're referring to a slam ball probably. That's cool but not friendly with the neighbors 😁
