Rise and shine with this morning yoga routine, designed to wake your body and mind in a little under 30 minutes. We start with a gentle warm-up to loosen up before transitioning into an energizing sequence of Sun Salutations. Then we move into a standing sequence to build strength and balance and end with a short 5-minute seated meditation to clear your mind and get you ready for the day. Perfect for all levels, this routine is a great way to start your day with intention, focus, and positivity. Enjoy!

So, dear Uliana. I am convinced that this practise will become one of our favourite. It's at a good pace and does keep one totally awake from start to finish with a short meditation which I extend into a few more mins. Thank you again for sharing with us.
