Thank you!! That was a sweaty one!! I feel so successful when I finish your workouts. I really like the pace. At 51 years old, I can't jump around like I used to. I was so proud-I have been practicing the wheel pose with you during our cool downs. I haven't been able to do that move in ages and just today I was able to get my head off the ground for a count of 5. Not as graceful as you but an improvement. Enjoy your rest day and thanks again!!

Workout completed ✅ But OMG some of the exercices the V up Combo, the push up with the turn and the final one 🥵. I was like what kind of torture is this Vera Laro. I was cramping like crazy. You definitely know how to push us out of our comfort zone😝 so thank you Vera 🙏🏾 and see you tomorrow !

oh boy - did I get a laugh this morning when I went to preview this workout - background - Saturday when I did the full body with weights, I was exhausted and scared for today as usually the Saturday workouts aren't quite as intense as Mondays. When I looked at the preview I noticed the full body no repeat was actually meant for Saturday, and the workout I did Saturday was meant for Monday! I looked at the playlist and indeed, workout 41 is in the list before 40! If I had paid attention to the numbers or day queues on Saturday I would have caught it, but instead today I was stoked that I wasn't going to be completely overwhelmed with a workout more intense than Saturdays' (which was actually todays... but I did it Saturday....) None the less - I really really liked this workout and was stoked that I could do all of the moves, albeit I am still working my way down to the floor for pushups with rotation. Thanks Vera for another excellent workout!

Super workout, included ankle weights and 9kg each dumbbells for deadbug. Ankle weights used where possible. side dip and crunch felt really good, not sure if I crunched properly but the move felt ok. Sweaty to. Thank you Vera

My abs and core are my greatest concern and I only ever feel those workouts the next day so most times these days feel like a wash when tomorrow I will really be feeling it. I enjoyed this workout even though i had to split it in two to bring my dog to the groomers. Anyway, lovely workout qs always, thank you Vera.

Hello Vera…. I have a question about the neck if you think that if I put under my chin a tennis ball I won’t feel the discomfort the next day? It seems that not matter how careful I try to fallow the great instructions you give us…. Next day my neck feels stiff.. thank you

So sorry to hear that! I really don’t know about using a tennis ball, that sounds a bit dangerous. I would check with your doctor or physical therapist. Make sure you are tucking your neck and not pulling on your neck during exercises. If an exercise is causing you pain, it’s best to substitute it 🥰
