Learned two valuable lessons with this workout: 1 - there is no amount of slippy slide on carpet (ordering the slide discs from your Amazon store) and 2 - do NOT chug a bunch of water right before ANY of Vera's workouts 😂😂 That was a fun one! I'm getting better every time we do pushups, and woop, woop - half way there! Really enjoying Summer Strong - thanks Vera!

Haha!! Those both sound very correct!! Especially not great to drink a lot of water before any bodyweight ones. Always good to sip but not have a lot. You’re going to love the sliders I think!

I always underestimate the body weight ones, they are as hard. I really like these because they are challenging reminding me I need to continue to work on my strength, highly recommend this program.🔥

Completed this this afternoon. Was super tough surprising how much your bodyweight can add resistance and push you. The burnout round those tricep hold with alt. leg lift, oh my god, The most challenging was the star side plank, I had to keep pausing, you made it look super easy. Thank you Vera

That was another great workout. Loved it and I conquered the squat roll back and that burnout I suggest you change the it the sweatout. I could barely see Vera! Strong Summer done with week 6 and so happy that I am half way to Stronger ✅ Thank you Vera looking forward to week 7

Just completed this workout ✅. The narrow v up and the hallow 🔥😓. I tried what you suggested (the pillow for the Nordic curl). It felt less awkward but I am still struggling. Once again great workout👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Thank you Vera. See you tomorrow 🙂

it amazes me how i could do the squats with roll back without pause... have definitely gotten a tad stronger since starting the programme. been waiting for visible gains but the functional gains are screaming right in my face😆😂
