Woo hoo I just found you!! I was doing Pilates every week for 4 years until Covid hit and then on line w my teacher and our class. Then work got in the way last summer. I clean homes and I was too busy. I am 65 and 120 lbs and 5 ft 2 in tall. I am in decent shape as my legs are so strong but need that Pilates core back again!! Some classes make me want to sleep but you always keep me motivated😅! Looking forward to more of your classes🎉
