Kathrin, ich habe noch nie bei einem Workout so gelitten und es dabei so gefeiert wie bei diesem. Das war unbeschreiblich. Hoch motiviert habe ich mit 7,5 kg angefangen, musste aber zeitweise bei den Überkopfübungen auf 3kg runterfahren: Form vor Ego! Aber ich weiß, irgendwann wird der Tag kommen, dass ich dann mithalten kann. Dafür wirst du, glaub ich schon sorgen. Ich danke dir für dieses Workout, das man kaum in Worte fassen kann. Ich liege jetzt zerstört auf meiner Matte mit dem fettesten Lächeln im Gesicht und genieß den Afterburn. Hab einen wunderschönen Tag!

Probably one of the best things that happened to me today. 💪 Felt a bit sluggish due to PMS (those last few days beforehand are killing me mood-wise) and needed something to stretch and active. Perfect fit!!! Not too heavy, yet super sweaty. Doing it on a sunny balkony was an extra bonus. Thank you for all your hard work - you are amazing. 🤩🙏

Killer! Had to replace the push up step jacks for plank step jacks at the end because my arms were toast. That push up just wasn't going to happen at that point...yet. I'll get there one day!

Well… 8 months from last time aaand today i took 9kg dumbbells for this workout 🎉 (only for some exercises 5kg 🤪) It was really challenging, sweaty(it was like that with much lighter weights the first time as well), but i am now so happy and satisfied that i didn’t give up 🥰 So excited to feel stronger with time and see real progress working out each day with you! 💪😍🤩 Thanks a lot for teaching us to win each day, to become better and stronger both physically and mentally ❤

2x12kg ?!?! 😮😯😲 So you're dangerous 😈 I'm very grateful for the exercise without jumping, because I have a knee after surgery, thanks 🙏 (by the way ... my dumbbells weigh only 2x4kg, yet I'm completely sweaty 😅)

Wenn das mit dem Summer Camp so weitergeht, fallen mit Sicherheit Dir mehr Übungsvarianten ein , ❗als mir Worte der Begeisterung , wenn ich mich nicht immer wiederholen möchte 🙈 Ich liebe so komplexe Übungen wie den Maker🔝 ( zwei in einem ) und man konnte entscheiden ob man bei maker springt oder nicht ,optional tolle Idee.Meine Highlights waren (weil sie für mich einfach neu waren) Bear Shoulder Tabs Variation und ul Push-Up step Jack MEGA. 💯Das meine Beine das Wokout noch von Montag in den Knochen haben, habe ich erst gemerkt als ich schon mitten im Video war .😳 ich gönne denen aber jetzt mal drei Tage Pause. 😂

You are an AMAZING Trainer!!! I just love ❤️ the wonderful VARIETY of your compound exercises. Geniales Workout 🏋️‍♀️ auch mal mega ohne jumping trotzdem so intensiv es hat mir mega viel Spaß gebracht und man geht voll an seine Grenzen total stolz bis auf zwei Übungen 7,5 kg geschafft ❤️🙏🏻🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 danke 🙏🏻

This was great and was my first follow along with heavier weights in a gym and I ended up burning a lot more calories plus I’m all in with little to no carb diet, these 3 weeks are going to be amazing, thanks Kay
