I love how you make every rep count...pausing when you know your form isn't 100%. This is the reason you are so strong and injury free. This was a tough but fun format. Those last three leg exercises in the circuit were fire. I used 5lb weights.

Oh my gosh, so good! Adding in light weights with cardio gives it that extra push. 💪You don't have to move as quickly, so it's better on the joints, but the HR still get up! 🔥😅 Thank you Kay, I loved this workout and I'm sweaty and I feel great! 😁

Being a runner, I typically use run days as my cardio. Today I got rained out of my run though and have wanted to try your cardio workouts! Super fun and super challenging as usual! 🥵❤ Though, I don’t think I would do this the day after leg day again because I had to pause a little more after all the lunges and squats to not blow myself out.

Hi Kaykay. Another great FB cardio session. Didn't have 2 kg weight so did it with 2 x 3 kg and I did feel the burn. It was very intens. Loved it and feel much better now than when I woke up. Thank youuuuuuuuuu Kaykay. Love

Amazing workout. It killed my legs and my arms. I had 5kg the lighter weight from which I have attempted. I paused videos 3-4 times and managed to complete the workout. ❤

I stopped at 50%. I wore 2lb leg weights and I increased my db from 5lb to 10lb in areas where I felt I could to increase the challenge. Good one.
