I am in my last hour of the night duty i am a nurse i use my back a lot while work carrying the patient cleaning them and this kind of workout can heal and recover my back and charging me a power i love it,how passionate i am to do this today evening before i come night duty again,it can make me in huge positivity all the time thank u my great coach 💐💪🏼

Excellent. I'm a desk jockey who spends at least 10 hours a day in front of a 32 inch screen and the only time I have to work out is always around 1:00 A.M.. To still find the mood to exercise so late, especially after such a long day sitting on my butt, I can't tolerate even the thought of doing any exercise sitting on the ground or lying down (even thought I have soft mats), so I'm truly thankful whenever I find "all standing" workouts. This one went straight to my playlist and I'm hoping to see more like it. Thank you. Your dynamic multi-functional workouts are way more motivational than the traditional strength training with three sets of the same exercise for each body part. I would just suggest a small window with you showing a beginner version of each exercise as a way to motivate less fit, older or overweight people. Because, honestly, you are a super athlete but, for mere mortals, most of your workouts seem a little bit scary. I have diabetic neuropathy on both feet and tendonitis on my right knee and shoulder, so when I decide to face one of your tough workouts, I know how to make my adaptations to make up for my problems, but I believe many less experienced exercisers need to see the beginners versions on screen all the time to feel encouraged. I know some of your videos actually show the modifiers, but not all of them, so think about it.

Tat das gut! Nach mehreren Wochen wegen eines akuten Bandscheibenvorfalls nur Workouts ohne Gewichte, hab ich heute wieder mit 2x3 kg gestartet. Konnte alles schmerzfrei mitmachen... Yay ! 😍 Ich freu mich auf mein Comeback mit deinen Workouts 🔥

Wow, war das ein Kracher heute! Ich liebe einfach die Auswahl der Übungen, die du zusammenstellst. Das macht einfach nur Spaß seinen Körper so zu fordern. Das Tabata war dann die Kirsche auf der Sahne. Ich habe einfach gute Laune, Kathrin, dank dir. Vielen lieben Dank!

It is soo energizing! Soo excited to have my weights back and be able to do all these cool combinations! 🥰 Enjoyed it so much and realized the progress during this workout 🥰 Now i need a different pair of dumbbells 😁 (i had 5kg each) as it seems i can handle more now 🥰 Thank you for helping us to feel the strength and progress! ❤️ So happy to follow your workouts for months and seeing the changes! 😍 Now i simply cannot imagine my mornings without such an energizing activities! Zum zweiten Mal das Workout gemacht weil es einfach so genial ist ich liebe die power darin da Übungen die Musik und am meisten das man eigentlich so k.o. Ist und das zweite tabata ein soviel neue Motivation und gute Laune gibt das man am liebsten Stunden weiter machen könnte es ist einfach mega es ist das erste Workout was ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit das zweite mal machen musste 🤭🔥😍😍😍👍🏻👍🏻 megaaaaaaa ❤️❤️❤️❤️
