This was another AWESOME workout challenge. The 50 seconds of work and only 10 seconds for rest/transitions was a challenge, but GREAT!! Thank you Michelle. ❤🥵🔥

Hahaha... tough training but i like it. I had to pause a little longer to catch my breath. Instructions were clear & timer at the top right corner was also clear in counting down. Good workout. Thank u Michelle & ladies. 😊

I often do your workouts (two if they’re 1/2 hour ones) before or after my yogas. I love your originality and variety, touching and using muscles in so many different ways. Keep up the great work‼️‼️

MB, I must say I appreciate your workouts so very much. I’m a Fitness trainer for most of my life & gave it up a few years ago to become a fitness student again 😊 I’m exactly where I want to be right now, and maybe someday I’ll teach again, but for now it’s the 1hr & under classes online that fit into my life the best & you’re one of my favorites!

Oh my this was very intense and awesome. I have to really really focus on going slow and work the moves. Maybe next time go a little lighter than Michelle and get it down and then come back with the heavier. I also had a massage last night and the toxins where I’m inflamed was active so that could have not been in my favor. I will indeed do this again this next week. Loved it and I used 3 lb ankle weights this time instead of my lighter so that worked against me with heavier weight. I know complain complain , you know what I DID IT! That counts ❤
