I did this awesome Tabata right before leg day today (Wednesday) because I missed Tabata yesterday, and I have to sub at the school at 11:30 today and will miss step. BTW, Wednesday Leg Day was amazing. I think I am ready to increase my weights. Feeling stronger every day. 💞 I feel great. Thank you Chris, Kevin, Louie, and Anna. ( and Barry and Camilla etc.) 🥰

I almost made it through the entire workout without modifying but that damn last round got me! Sweating like a pig is an understatement for this workout. Good thing I did it inside today and not in the garage 😂

Chris that was an amazing 30 minute tabata style cardio workout.wowza !! I worked so so hard .and really really challenged myself today and really got an awesome sweat on .and I really pushed so so hard .what a workout I really felt it today.i pushed myself to breaking point today phew!! And the music was really motivating today and helped to push through the workout my whole body was really on fire today wow!! I love the 30-minute interval workouts! I discovered this channel with your 30-Minute Step & Strength: No-Repeat Stepper Workout with Weights. Anything with step or HIIT and weights is on the top of my workout list. (PS I would love to see another 30 minute 1-minute interval alternating cardio with weights.) Thanks to your May challenge I have been trying a wider variety of your classes and I love tabata. But I have to say that I would never be able to do these moves without the strength classes I started to with you back in March. I truly cannot be more grateful to be able to do your videos. Preparing for another back surgery. 4th plus cervical spinal fusion last august. On vacation and did NOT want to work out. Did because I CAN and you pushed me to work hard!!! Thank you for your endless energy, enthusiasm and motivation!😅

Great wo, like no repeats especially with gliders. I haven't done a glider wo I a while, tends to hurt back, but gave it a go n noticed a big difference. I can tell my core strength has improved. Same with roll ups, I still need to use hands but not as much. Credit to consistently working out and strength training! Thank you Chris!
